Onboarding and account features for the Simply Wrapps mobile restaurant rewards mobile app.

The Simply Wrapps app allows users to:

  • View account QR 
  • View collected Bonus points and point collection history
  • See latest promotions and restaurant product launches





Introduction screens


The app’s initial introduction screens inform users of key features, setting a friendly tone for the rest of the app.

The color purple, a core element of Simply Wrapp’s brand identity, is predominantly featured as a statement color in the user interface. Additionally, the use of a chalkboard-style font brings a nostalgic touch, reminiscent of the chalkboard menus used in our physical stores.


Before


  • The app’s homepage is a newsfeed of articles and promotional banners.
  • No clear indication of the app’s core cashback features.
  • Customer’s account page can only be accessed through sidebar menu, and is not immediately visible from the homepage. 




After


  • Introduction screens are created to inform users of core features, setting a friendly tone for the rest of the app.
  • Features and tools are clearly defined on the homepage, keeping the user task-focused.
  • Points bonus usage is demonstrated in a step-by-step manner for users to follow through.
